Perseid Meteor Shower Peaks Sun., Mon. Nights


The largest meteor shower of the year, the annual Perseid Meteor Shower,
 peaks Sunday and Monday nights. The actual peak is Monday afternoon at 
2:00 p.m. EDT (18:00 Coordinated Universal Time), for those viewers 
where the Sun has already set.
