Total Lunar Eclipse Early Tue. Morning w/ Web-Cast

The first in a Tetrad of Total Lunar Eclipses, visible in the United States, begins early morning April 15. Although this type of eclipse is safe to view with the naked-eye, binoculars, or a telescope, several web-casts of the event will be available for areas with inclement weather.
